Das Flugblatt von ca. 1626 zeigt in Vogelperspektive die Schlacht von Lutter (Lutter am Barenberge) vom August 1626 zwischen den Truppen von Christian IV. von Dänemark gegen die Truppen unter der Führung von Johann T'Serclaes von Tilly, der die Schlacht gewann. Dargestellt sind Schlachtfeldformationen mit Truppen, Kanonen und Kavallerie zwischen Schloss Lutter und u. a. Wolfenbüttel. Das Blatt könnte aus der Werkstatt von Franz Hogenberg stammen.
